What you will do

• Develop full-stack features using React components, server-side rendering, Sling Models, and Java OSGi services.
• Design and build autonomous AI agents to automate page creation, QA validation, content translation, and structured data generation.
• Implement AI-powered frontend experiences, including chatbot interfaces, automated translation, and personalized content delivery.
• Drive platform modernization through caching strategies, performance optimization, and architectural improvements.
• Lead cross-functional projects by collaborating with SEO, Developer Relations, and Product Marketing teams.
• Mentor vendor and global engineering partners through technical direction and code reviews.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Menlo Park, CA.
• 5–7 years of experience in full-stack web engineering for large-scale B2B or enterprise websites.
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, Java, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Deep understanding of web performance fundamentals, including Core Web Vitals and rendering pipelines.
• Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and client-side hydration patterns.
• Strong communication skills to align stakeholders and drive decisions across design and engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI/LLM-powered tools, agents, or integrating LLM APIs.
• Familiarity with CDN and edge platforms like Cloudflare Workers or Fastly.
• Experience with web analytics and experimentation tools such as Adobe Analytics, Heap, or Optimizely.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
