• Deep expertise in privacy and emerging global SaaS-related regulations.
• Proven experience as a commercially-minded attorney working at the intersection of law and product innovation.
• Must be based in or able to work from the San Francisco office (hybrid: 3+ days per week).
• Ability to partner effectively with technical teams to solve complex problems pragmatically.
• Experimental mindset with curiosity and judgment regarding the use of AI tools in legal practice.
