What you will do

  • Support the CEO and leadership team on day-to-day activities related to US market entry.
  • Coordinate and execute initiatives for office setup, hiring, partnerships, and general operations.
  • Prepare meeting materials, summaries, presentations, and briefing notes for investors and internal discussions.
  • Build and manage a network of recruiters and hiring partners to support early team building in the US.
  • Act as a central coordination point across teams to ensure priorities and follow-ups are executed.
  • Manage communications with external vendors and service providers involved in the US setup.

Requirements

  • Experience in operations, executive support, consulting, startups, or business coordination.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in an unstructured environment.
  • Confidence interacting with external parties and ability to handle sensitive information.
  • A hands-on mindset with the ability to take ownership and execute independently.
