Salary: $179,300–$287,000 base + discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Build trusted technical relationships with customer engineering teams to drive growth.
• Identify opportunities and articulate value to drive technical wins for SoC ATE solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional experts to design and deliver high-impact customer solutions.
• Provide customer-driven input to influence product positioning and engineering roadmaps.
• Support customers across the US, Asia, and Europe, involving significant quarterly travel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in SoC validation/test (test development, DFT, or test-enablement tools).
• Experience with leading-edge SoC ATE (hirify.global and/or Advantest).
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for a customer-facing presales role.

Nice to have

• Experience with competitive benchmarking.
• Knowledge of C#/.NET.
• Familiarity with advanced packaging technologies.
