Major Account Executive (Software): Driving revenue growth for the largest global customers by identifying and closing new business opportunities within defined territories or verticals with an accent on value-driven solutions using CAD, IoT, and PLM. Focus on building relationships with C-level executives, managing the full sales cycle, and collaborating with global cross-functional teams.

What you will do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct sales efforts.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and C-level executives.
- Articulate the value of 's solutions including CAD, IoT, ALM, PLM, and AR.
- Collaborate with global internal stakeholders to deliver compelling presentations and demos.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably in Automotive or manufacturing sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions and sales methodologies.
- Japanese: Native Level
- English: Fluent Level
Nice to have
- Experience running global sales.
- Familiarity with or competitor products.
- Technical background or understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes.
