Location: Remote (Must be based in the USA)

Salary: $55,300 - $76,075

What you will do

  • Manage proactive and reactive client engagements and campaign outreach to provide a best-in-class experience.
  • Collaborate with advisory teams to grow and maintain strong long-term relationships with high-value clients.
  • Identify financial planning opportunities, gather required documentation, and coordinate delivery calls.
  • Prepare key client documentation and welcome call summaries for advisory team meetings.
  • Coordinate with trading and specialist teams to initiate portfolio implementation and handle custom requests.
  • Perform quality assurance on service requests to ensure accurate and timely execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of related work experience in financial services or customer experience.
  • Current FINRA Series 65 registration required.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in brokerage trading and trade approval.
  • Preferred certifications such as CFP or CRPC.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, NetX360, and Microsoft Office Suite.
