What you will do

• Reconcile revenue statements across PC, Console, and Mobile businesses, integrating financial and user engagement data.
• Support monthly close processes by owning revenue accruals and variance analysis according to GAAP principles.
• Consolidate royalty-bearing sales data from third-party platforms for contract payouts.
• Partner with Business Managers to maintain revenue budgeting and forecasting files for long-range planning.
• Provide detailed monthly and quarterly analysis of sales trends by country and platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in program management, process management, or process improvement.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Proven experience in FP&A, ideally within the gaming, entertainment, or tech industries.
• Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools.
• Hands-on experience with revenue recognition and standard accounting systems.
• Experience collaborating with royalty and licensing payout models.
• Ability to translate ambiguous requests into testable hypotheses and actionable insights.
