What you will do

• Build and maintain financial models tracking revenue and cost drivers to ensure accurate forecasting of contribution margins.
• Analyze historical and forward-looking trends for revenue, COGS, and margin to influence pricing, packaging, and GTM strategies.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Managers, and Sales to develop business cases and evaluate new product opportunities.
• Perform deep-dive data analysis using SQL to uncover the drivers behind business metrics.
• Utilize hirify.global Intelligence and AI-assisted SQL to automate reporting and accelerate insight discovery.
• Develop automated, high-visibility dashboards for Product and Finance leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• 1–2 years of experience (recent graduates, internships, or capstone projects are eligible).
• Strong analytical aptitude and the ability to work with quantitative and qualitative data.
• High technical agility with the ability to quickly become proficient in SQL and complex data schemas.
• Familiarity with core business concepts including revenue, COGS, and margin analysis.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, succinct takeaways for senior stakeholders.
