What you will do

• Consolidate Marketing KPIs across all markets and track performance metrics.
• Manage and optimize data sources with a focus on automation.
• Conduct segmentation, cohort analysis, benchmarks, and brand analysis using internal/external data.
• Develop player profiles and provide insights for marketing personas and behavior.
• Collaborate with CRM team to improve retention campaigns.
• Assist in budget optimization, forecasting, and strategy challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Gaming Industry and 2 years in Marketing roles.
• Strong analytical, data-driven, and business-oriented skills.
• Proficiency in PowerBI, Excel (advanced), GA4.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and interactive technologies.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with LivePartners, Statista, or similar data tools.
• Advanced user of Windows Office Suite, especially Excel.
