What you will do

• Lead the interpretation of civil and site development requirements for modular data center deployments.
• Manage site preparation, grading, foundations, and utility coordination (power, grounding, water, drainage).
• Evaluate jurisdiction-specific codes, permitting pathways, and AHJ expectations.
• Partner with product, engineering, and delivery teams to provide early-stage feasibility assessments and go/no-go recommendations.
• Develop and maintain civil requirement guidelines and site readiness checklists by geography.

Requirements

• 6+ years in civil engineering, site development, or infrastructure delivery.
• Experience with data centers, critical facilities, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of site development, grading, drainage, and structural interfaces for modular systems.
• Ability to interpret codes, standards, and AHJ requirements and translate them into actionable guidance.
• Must be based in the United States.
