What you will do

• Oversee lead generation, qualification, and conversion of sales leads while maintaining an accurate forecasting pipeline.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team through regular evaluations and ongoing coaching.
• Manage sales-oriented projects designed to improve internal processes and enhance the customer experience.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company growth and report on market trends and KPIs.
• Identify and cultivate long-term strategic partnerships with auto dealerships and financial institutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in a Sales Management role.
• Must be based in Los Angeles, CA.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
• Previous experience in the Automotive Finance industry preferred.

Nice to have

• Knowledge/Experience with DealerTrack, Routeone, or CUDL.
• Familiarity with web applications and navigation.
