What you will do

• Lead the delivery of APAC Clinical Trials and collaboratively manage global trials with APAC presence.
• Act as the primary point of contact for sponsors and sites, managing key account relationships.
• Oversee project resourcing, financial tracking, and invoicing across a portfolio of projects.
• Collaborate with Business Development to create proposals and represent the company in bid defense meetings.
• Coordinate rater training curriculums and ensure sites are SIV-ready according to timelines.
• Mentor junior team members and provide progress reports to executive management.

Requirements

• Fluent in Japanese and English (spoken and written).
• Experience working in Clinical Trials at a CRO, vendor, or clinical site.
• Must be based in Australia.
• Bachelor's degree in a business, scientific, or technical discipline.
• Proven experience working cross-culturally and in remote environments.

Nice to have

• Master's degree.
• PMP or other Project Management Certification.
