What you will do

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT to analyze and deliver enhancements and projects.
• Create comprehensive test scenarios, scripts, and UAT documentation based on user stories.
• Execute UAT to validate that delivered solutions meet business needs and retest fixed defects.
• Collate and report test results, highlighting key issues for product sign-off.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to other business analysts.
• Advise cross-functional teams on the testability of business requirements.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience as a testing analyst.
• 5 years of experience working at a professional services firm.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and development methodologies.
• Proficiency in test tracking and execution tools such as HP ALM and Jira.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS service models.
• Ability to independently develop test scripts and manage UAT tasks with high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with MS Visual Studio or Azure DevOps.
• Experience working on large global projects.
