What you will do

• Review and analyze business and technical requirements to design effective test plans and cases.
• Execute manual and automated test cases and report on results.
• Identify, document, and manage defects throughout the resolution process.
• Coordinate with developers, project managers, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide detailed feedback.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of testing processes and standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Test Analyst or in a similar QA environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be available to work onsite in Cincinnati, OH and Kentucky.
• Proven experience with functional, system, regression, and UAT testing.
• Proficiency with test case management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA, ALM, or TFS.
• Understanding of SQL and the ability to perform basic database queries.

Nice to have

• Experience with API testing tools and techniques.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
