What you will do

• Design and build the core automation engine using C# and .NET, ensuring scalability and adherence to Clean Architecture.
• Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Azure) into the software workflow, focusing on prompt structure and context management.
• Develop self-healing logic to ensure reliable software execution from AI outputs.
• Mentor other engineers, conduct code reviews, and establish high engineering standards.
• Collaborate with PMs and stakeholders to translate technical architecture into product decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior C# Developer with deep knowledge of .NET.
• Proven experience as an Architect building systems from scratch (0 to 1).
• Practical experience applying AI/LLMs to real-world projects.
• Must be based in Taiwan.
• Ability to explain complex technical architecture clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Windows UI Automation (UIA) or RPA tools.
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
