• Develop large-scale, fault-tolerant multimodal agentic experiences reaching millions of users.
• Design and implement interaction modes including Voice AI and Deep Research.
• Pioneer evaluation frameworks, tracing systems, and safety guardrails for AI agents.
• Lead complex, multi-team initiatives bridging applied research and scalable engineering.
• Translate complex research and architectures into actionable insights for executive leadership.
• Stay at the cutting edge of agentic paradigms to drive product innovation.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience deploying large-scale ML models.
• 2-3 years of experience building agent-based systems or multi-agent collaboration.
• Experience developing dialogue systems with context-aware tool selection.
• Proven ability to build AI services with high availability and low latency.
• Familiarity with agentic frameworks like LangGraph, Agents SDK, or AutoGen.
