On-Site Workplace Safety Coordinator

Location: Los Angeles, CA; on-site at a client location. Occasional travel to other client locations may be required.

Salary: $60,000–$70,000 yearly

What you will do

• Serve as an on-site safety resource for client employees and management.
• Conduct workplace safety training and reinforce safe work practices.
• Lead workplace safety committee meetings and support employee engagement.
• Identify workplace hazards and recommend practical corrective actions.
• Maintain safety documentation, acknowledgement forms, and compliance records.
• Support injury-prevention initiatives and provide occasional training at other client locations.

Requirements

• Experience in workplace safety, risk management, or occupational health and safety.
• Experience conducting safety training or leading workplace safety initiatives.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with employees at all levels.
• Ability to work independently in an on-site, client-facing environment.
• Experience with Microsoft 365.

Nice to have

• Professional safety certification such as OSHA or CSP.
