On-site at one of our client locations. Occasional travel to other client locations for safety trainings and briefings.

What you will do

• Serve as on-site safety resource for employees and management.
• Conduct regular workplace safety trainings and reinforce safe practices.
• Lead and facilitate safety committee meetings.
• Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Work with on-site Triage Technician to support injury prevention.
• Maintain safety documentation and compliance records.
• Promote safety culture via communication and engagement.
• Occasionally travel to other client sites for trainings.

Requirements

• Experience in workplace safety, risk management, or occupational health and safety.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage all levels.
• Experience conducting safety trainings or leading safety initiatives.
• Ability to work independently in client-facing on-site environment.
• Experience working within Microsoft 365 environment.

Nice to have

• Professional safety certifications (OSHA, CSP, or similar).
