What you will do
- Own the accuracy and integrity of revenue data, creating real-time HubSpot dashboards and comprehensive reporting.
- Analyze pipeline performance, conversion rates, deal velocity, and churn to identify business risks and growth opportunities.
- Act as the system owner for HubSpot, managing data hygiene, governance, and optimizing automation workflows.
- Partner with Finance to align CRM data with financial reporting and streamline payment and invoicing processes.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Ops to enhance forecasting accuracy and lead lifecycle tracking.
Requirements
- 2-4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Analytics within a SaaS environment.
- Strong experience administering HubSpot (required).
- Proficiency in SaaS revenue models including ARR, GRR, NRR, and TCV.
- Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets and experience with BI tools.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work with senior leadership.
- Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Nottingham, UK.
