TL;DR

Senior Manager, Sales (AI Security): Leading sales execution for the Securiti AI portfolio across the DACH region with an accent on enterprise SaaS growth and C-level engagement. Focus on developing regional sales plans, mentoring high-performing teams, and establishing market presence in data security and compliance.

Location: Hybrid (Munich). Must be permanently located in Germany

What you will do

  • Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market penetration across the DACH region.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team to foster a culture of excellence.
  • Drive complex enterprise sales cycles and personally engage with C-level executives at major accounts.
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with technology partners, system integrators, and industry influencers.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align go-to-market strategies and product roadmaps.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with at least 5 years in sales leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets in enterprise SaaS sales.
  • Extensive experience selling complex technical solutions in security, privacy, or compliance.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) and enterprise security requirements.
  • Experience selling to Fortune 500 companies in regulated industries (Financial Services, Healthcare, Technology).
  • Must be permanently located in Germany.
