What you will do

• Manage multiple programs within the Technical Professional Services practice.
• Lead and coordinate program teams of 1-30 members, including on-shore and off-shore resources.
• Monitor program budgets and track program metrics and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain project plans based on KPI and deliverables.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
• Drive business development initiatives and identify opportunities for account growth.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in program management, with at least 1 year leading complex technical programs.
• Experience in client-facing roles managing program delivery and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong technical background in managing software development or data-focused projects.
• Demonstrated experience in budget management and tracking program financials.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps, Jira, and Asana.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Nice to have

• Industry certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe.
• Experience in technology consulting services sales.
• Knowledge of data technologies and applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
