What you will do

• Own the full proposal lifecycle from RFP release through final submission.
• Decompose RFPs into compliance matrices and annotated outlines to guide writers.
• Translate technical requirements into winning proposal structures and messaging.
• Lead color team reviews (Pink/Red/Gold) and drive accountability across SMEs.
• Build and improve proposal infrastructure, including content libraries and reusable assets.
• Manage multiple concurrent proposals under tight deadlines while ensuring high quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing U.S. Federal Government proposals (RFP/RFQ/RFI).
• Strong understanding of FAR/DFARS and evaluation criteria (LPTA and Best Value).
• Familiarity with cybersecurity and IT services domains (e.g., Zero Trust, ICAM, SASE, DLP).
• Experience operating in growth-stage companies (100–500 employees).
• Ability to align proposals to capture strategy and competitive positioning.
