What you will do

• Manage daily execution across prototype build and systems integration activities.
• Lead, coach, and manage Development and Systems Integration Technicians.
• Coordinate priorities and handoffs between build, integration, and flight test phases.
• Enforce strict safety procedures during powered and flight-capable operations.
• Partner with Engineering and Manufacturing to align execution with design intent and ensure clean production transitions.
• Identify and remove blockers to improve development execution cadence and predictability.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience in aerospace, UAV, robotics, or advanced development environments.
• Prior experience leading technical teams as a supervisor or lead.
• Deep understanding of prototype build, integration, and test workflows.
• Ability to lead in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with strong conflict-resolution skills.
• Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States (E-Verify required).
