What you will do
- Coordinate the calendar and logistics for Board and Committee meetings and workshops.
- Liaise with Directors and Management regarding meeting scheduling and diary management.
- Prepare and upload Board and Committee agendas and papers to Diligent.
- Monitor and track action lists arising from Board and Committee meetings.
- Support the documentation and maintenance of Secretariat processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with Executive support staff and senior management to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a secretariat, governance, or board administrator role.
- Experience working in the banking, financial services, or legal industry.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance and Board cycles.
- Excellent drafting skills for reports, resolutions, and correspondence.
- Must hold valid work rights for Australia.
- Ability to work effectively unsupervised while maintaining clear communication with senior stakeholders.
