What you will do

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, quantity takeoffs, and bills of quantities based on architectural, structural, and engineering drawings.
• Analyze plans and specifications to identify risks, discrepancies, and missing information prior to pricing.
• Develop trade-based costings, including materials, labor, and subcontractor scopes.
• Source, evaluate, and compare supplier and subcontractor quotes.
• Identify value engineering opportunities while maintaining design integrity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure feasibility, accuracy, and alignment with project timelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in custom/high-end residential construction estimating.
• Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Proficiency in PlanSwift, Bluebeam, and Excel.
• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Required alignment with AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday).
