Location: Must be based in the Philippines

Salary: $1,200 AUD - $1,500 AUD / Monthly

What you will do

  • Manage professional online customer service enquiries and resolve routine complaints.
  • Track issued refunds and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare labels, pick lists, and data for the packaging team.
  • Assist with inbox management and general operational administration.
  • Support e-commerce workflows, including invoices, shipments, listings, and order reconciliation.
  • Utilize AI-assisted workflows and assist with basic bookkeeping.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Philippines.
  • Near-perfect written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM AEST.
  • Basic competency with Excel and Google Sheets, including formulas and macros/VBA.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently via daily checklists.
  • Confidence in learning new technical systems quickly.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in customer service, e-commerce, retail, or admin support.
  • Familiarity with eBay seller workflows and Notion.
  • Practical familiarity with AI tools and AI-assisted workflows.
  • Experience with shipping, fulfilment, or postal administration.
