What you will do

• Source substitute tickets and replacements for broken orders to prevent marketplace penalties.
• Communicate with marketplaces and sellers throughout the resolution process via Intercom.
• Document process steps in Monday.com and track profitability in SkyBox.
• Provide supporting evidence to marketplaces to defend sellers during disputes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to determine the best solutions for order issues.
• Perform necessary fulfillment steps for orders in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving and detailed investigation skills to determine claim outcomes.
• Professional and respectful communication skills for high-level interactions.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain high organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Google Docs, Drive, Sheets, Excel, and Jira.
• Experience using Monday.com for KPI tracking and Intercom for customer support.
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision.
