What you will do

• Coordinate the scheduling and delivery of home care services in line with client care plans.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, their families, and support workers.
• Match clients with suitable caregivers and manage rostering for efficient operations.
• Perform data entry and compliance checking to ensure accurate client and service records.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure adherence to service standards and safety protocols.
• Assist in the onboarding of new caregivers and support internal reporting efforts.

Requirements

• Previous experience in care coordination, scheduling, or admin support within aged care, disability, or community services.
• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Ability to align with AU business hours (9 AM - 5 PM).
• Proficiency in scheduling software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail in documentation management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
