What you will do

• Source, onboard, negotiate with, and track affiliate creators, managing contracts, deliverables, and profiles.
• Handle TikTok Shop back-office operations including product listings, order coordination, performance monitoring, and documentation.
• Manage client communication via Slack, resolve inquiries, escalate issues, and maintain presence in channels.
• Coordinate vendors and creators on timelines, content delivery, and campaign launches.
• Provide administrative support, maintain documentation, and update task tracking systems.

Requirements

• 2+ years in affiliate operations, influencer marketing, or e-commerce operations
• Strong experience managing creator or vendor relationships
• Fluent, professional English (written and verbal)
• Ability to work within Israel time zone overlap (non-negotiable)
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Proven ownership mindset and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills in fast-paced, remote environments
• Slack and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

• Direct experience with TikTok Shop or affiliate platforms
• Background in influencer marketing or creator economy
• Experience handling contracts or vendor agreements
• Experience in global or distributed teams
