What you will do

• Own the internal AI automation roadmap for sales, operations, support, and people teams.
• Design, build, and ship 2–3 production AI automations per month using n8n, Make, or Zapier.
• Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) into workflows with advanced prompt design and function calling.
• Instrument every automation with metrics such as success rates, hours saved, and cost reduction.
• Maintain and version a prompt and evaluation library for continuous improvement.
• Train team leads on self-serving simple automations and provide clear documentation for all workflows.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience building production automations or internal tools (RevOps, BizOps).
• Hands-on proficiency with low-code automation platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or Workato.
• Experience integrating LLM APIs into real-world business workflows.
• Fluency in SQL for data extraction and transformation across tools.
• Basic scripting skills in Python or JavaScript for complex integrations.
• Must be based in Latin America or South Africa.

Nice to have

• Experience building agentic workflows with LangGraph, CrewAI, or custom multi-step LLMs.
• Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or pgvector.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Intercom, or Zendesk data models.
• Experience shipping automations in SOC 2 or GDPR-aware environments.
