What you will do

• Prepare internal and external pitch documents, including visual decks, bibles, and scripts for various platforms.
• Maintain up-to-date project trackers to ensure creative milestones are accurately reflected.
• Identify and maintain a database of creative talent, including writers, designers, and animation studios.
• Conduct competitive market analysis for specific age demographics and format trends.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to series ideation and episode concepts.
• Provide detailed script coverage and creative feedback for podcasts, music, and original content.

Requirements

• Must be based in Los Angeles for full-time on-site work.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Apple Productivity Suite (Keynote, Pages), and Adobe Creative Cloud, with advanced expertise in Photoshop.
• Passion for and knowledge of children’s and preschool programming.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Collaborative attitude and comfort ideating in a team setting.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Art/Design, English, Film, or Media Studies is preferred.
