Location: Hybrid in Foster City, CA (In office Monday, Wednesday, Friday)

Salary: $200,000 – $235,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Establish production standards, workflows, and best practices across the Brand & Creative department.
• Lead production for high-impact campaigns, films, events, and key brand moments.
• Manage and evolve the ecosystem of external agencies, studios, and production partners.
• Scope projects and allocate internal and external resources to align with budgets and timelines.
• Oversee vendor selection, contracting, and negotiations in partnership with Finance and Legal.
• Build and scale production capabilities, including hiring and managing a team of producers.

Requirements

• 7–9+ years of experience in creative, integrated, or brand production roles.
• Background working at top-tier creative agencies, production companies, or in-house creative teams.
• Strong experience producing campaigns, films, digital work, and integrated brand initiatives.
• Expertise in managing budgets, timelines, and vendor ecosystems at scale.
• Ability to translate creative direction into clear production plans and execution.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Foster City, CA office (Hybrid: M, W, F).
