What you will do

• Lead the migration of dashboards and reports from ThoughtSpot to Power BI.
• Design and build scalable data models and semantic layers to enable self-service analytics.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure reliable data pipelines and quality sources.
• Optimize report performance, governance, and usability for business users.
• Provide training and onboarding to support business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in BI, analytics engineering, or reporting development.
• Strong expertise in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Solid SQL skills with experience in Azure Databricks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Must be based in Costa Rica for hybrid work mode.
• Experience working in Agile environments with iterative delivery.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Power BI Service administration and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• Experience with cloud integration tools such as Azure Data Factory or Synapse.
