What you will do

• Build and maintain commercial data infrastructure to enable analysis across Marketing, Sales, Support, and Academy.
• Ensure high data quality by identifying and resolving inaccuracies in collaboration with internal data partners.
• Maintain and update PowerBI reports based on stakeholder change requests.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to derive consumer and product insights.
• Execute exploratory data analysis on ad-hoc requests from key stakeholders.
• Conduct market and industry research to provide performance benchmarks and audits.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in data management.
• Proficiency in SQL Server; knowledge of CRM and ERP systems is desirable.
• Hands-on experience with PowerBI.
• Experience in customer insights and analytics.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience with process design, improvement, and automation.
