What you will do

• Gather cross-functional requirements for tools, dashboards, and data science products.
• Implement analytics engineering best practices to ensure high data quality and integrity.
• Develop reliable, efficient, and accurate dashboards to inform operational decision-making.
• Build code-driven tools to optimize and improve existing processes across operations teams.
• Analyze and evaluate the business impact of tests and experiments.

Requirements

• Must be based in Bogotá, Colombia.
• Strong written and oral communication in English.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and dashboarding.
• Experience with analytical relational databases such as Redshift, BigQuery, or Snowflake.
• Hands-on experience using ETL/ELT tools to build data pipelines and underlying models.
• Proficiency in open-source languages for large-scale analytics (Python, Spark, or R).
