What you will do

• Lead broadcast projects from sale to launch, guiding them through the MLR process.
• Prepare and edit documents for pharmaceutical regulatory approval and perform thorough QC of all materials.
• Coordinate with Account, Creative, Technology, and Event teams to execute project deliverables.
• Manage project timelines and provide frequent status updates using project management software.
• Interpret and address Medical/Legal/Regulatory comments to refine project output.
• Review live websites, HTML files, and videos to ensure they exactly match approved versions.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical advertising or an equivalent fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• High comfort level with technical processes and digital materials.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Adobe InDesign.
• Experience with specialized project management software.
