What you will do

• Manage billing for assigned client portfolios in the North American region, ensuring full compliance with contracts and work orders.
• Execute timely delivery of invoices and supporting documentation, handling recharges and pro forma invoicing.
• Reconcile client Vendor Management Systems (VMS) with internal systems to ensure correct submission.
• Import billing data into Dynamics 365 (ERP) and maintain audit-compliant records in SharePoint.
• Collaborate with consultants and payroll to validate adjustments, process credit notes, and maintain query logs.
• Partner with credit control to reduce DSO and improve company liquidity.

Requirements

• Fluent English proficiency.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• 1+ years of experience in a finance function.
• Knowledge of multi-currency transactions.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet month-end deadlines.

Nice to have

• Previous professional experience specifically in billing.
• Knowledge of VAT and Withholding Tax (WHT).
