What you will do

• Manage service contracts covering administration, equipment database, and invoicing processes.
• Review and validate legal service agreements for maintenance billing accuracy.
• Maintain equipment database with movements, additions, and cancellations.
• Generate compliant invoicing per customer preferences and revenue criteria.
• Serve as point of contact for customer billing inquiries.
• Perform monthly revenue reconciliation, reporting, and audit support.
• Collaborate with Service Sales, Delivery, and outsourced operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years in Order Management, Billing, or related role
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, customers, and partners.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, analytical, and reconciliation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• High accountability, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities.
