What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop artists, discipline leads, and production managers, focusing on performance and career growth.
• Oversee art production pipelines and set quality standards to ensure predictable delivery across features, LiveOps, and R&D.
• Drive alignment between the Visual Department and Game Design, LiveOps, Engineering, and Production.
• Establish and improve visual team processes, communication flows, and collaboration models.
• Define and oversee vendor and outsourcing strategies to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Support financial planning, resource allocation, and team scaling.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in leadership roles (e.g., Lead Artist, Art Manager, or Art Director).
• Proven experience contributing to commercial game titles as a technical, 3D, or level artist.
• Deep knowledge of art pipelines across 3D, Environment, Rendering, VFX, and UI.
• Familiarity with game engines (Unity, Unreal, or proprietary) and tools such as Maya, Blender, and Photoshop.
• Experience managing complex production environments and live service delivery.
• English: B2 or higher required.
