Salary: $85,000–$125,000 Annually

What you will do
- Perform end-to-end surveillance, monitoring, and development of supplier relationships to meet business requirements.
- Convert demand signals into compliant purchase orders in alignment with contractual terms and company processes.
- Coordinate with Manufacturing, A&T, and Planning teams to align on buffer strategies and procurement methods.
- Identify and mitigate supplier risks and lead recovery and improvement activities.
- Conduct cross-functional root cause investigations and corrective actions for continuous supplier improvement.
- Lead supplier selection and contractual negotiations to ensure continuity of supply.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering, supply chain, or business.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing or engineering within purchasing, SCM, or quality roles.
- Proven experience managing supplier/customer relationships and procurement processes.
- Expertise in performing Lean/Six Sigma problem-solving analysis.
- Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled information.
- Willingness to travel approximately 20% to visit sites or suppliers.
