Salary: $85,000–$125,000 Annually

What you will do

• Perform end-to-end surveillance, monitoring, and development of supplier relationships to meet business requirements.
• Convert demand signals into compliant purchase orders in alignment with contractual terms and company processes.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, A&T, and Planning teams to align on buffer strategies and procurement methods.
• Identify and mitigate supplier risks and lead recovery and improvement activities.
• Conduct cross-functional root cause investigations and corrective actions for continuous supplier improvement.
• Lead supplier selection and contractual negotiations to ensure continuity of supply.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering, supply chain, or business.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing or engineering within purchasing, SCM, or quality roles.
• Proven experience managing supplier/customer relationships and procurement processes.
• Expertise in performing Lean/Six Sigma problem-solving analysis.
• Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled information.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% to visit sites or suppliers.
