What you will do

• Source, vet, and onboard a diverse portfolio of carriers, brokers, and logistics vendors to support rapid expansion.
• Design and execute multi-complex routing and capacity plans to ensure seamless package flow across a high-growth network.
• Implement a robust Performance Management Framework to track partner KPIs, including On-Time Performance (OTP).
• Lead Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs) with key vendors to align on performance and growth.
• Perform root-cause analysis on service issues and re-source capacity when partners fail to meet standards.
• Oversee compliance vetting (NDAs, RFIs, DOT safety scores) and manage competitive bidding via RFPs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in logistics, with emphasis on carrier procurement and vendor management.
• Proven track record of developing scorecards and managing underperforming partners.
• Expertise in high-stakes rate negotiations and sourcing across diverse service models.
• Deep understanding of DOT regulations, safety ratings, and insurance requirements (Cargo, GL, Auto).
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for network-level data and spend analysis.
• Must be based in New York or Philadelphia.
