TL;DR

Location: Dallas, TX, USA. Hybrid (combination of office, remote, and field work).

What you will do

  • Supervise day-to-day Match Grant staff, providing coaching, goal setting, and workload management.
  • Ensure program compliance with funder and agency requirements for documentation and data tracking.
  • Coordinate with Finance and other departments to implement a comprehensive match projection strategy.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with area employers to identify job opportunities for clients.
  • Produce high-quality program reports and assist in grant writing activities.
  • Conduct direct client services as needed to address immediate needs or surges in demand.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum three years of experience in case management or workforce development.
  • Experience supervising, supporting, and training staff.
  • Must be based in Dallas, TX, USA with a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
