What you will do
- Manage payment requests and reimbursement submissions for CMO Mobility Project Vouchers, ensuring alignment with project milestones.
- Maintain and update Salesforce and Airtable records for tracking voucher reimbursements and awardee activities.
- Translate quantitative data into qualitative insights, dashboards, and reports using advanced Excel tools.
- Develop and update training materials and support tools to guide awardees through documentation requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline data flow, reporting, and cross-platform management.
- Coordinate cohort meetings by collecting feedback and identifying emerging needs.
Requirements
- Experience in reimbursement, data management, or operational tracking.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM/database systems.
- Experience building reports and maintaining accurate data workflows.
- Location: Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Pasadena, CA.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, program administration, or data analytics.
- Familiarity with CARB or state-funded grant programs.
- Advanced Excel proficiency for data analysis and reconciliation.
- Spanish fluency for engagement with diverse communities.
- Ability to interpret Python-based analytical outputs (no coding required).
