What you will do

• Ensure successful robot operations in the field and on customer sites.
• Perform equipment and robot maintenance, including bring-up and shutdown procedures.
• Operate the robot to identify bugs and problems, providing direct feedback to engineering teams.
• Track, document, and escalate technical issues using Jira.
• Strictly adhere to safety procedures regarding robots and teleoperation equipment.

Requirements

• Experience working with robots or troubleshooting mechanical systems.
• Must be able to stand for 8+ hours a day and physically manage humanoid hardware.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain sustained focus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and accept constructive feedback.
