What you will do

• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including general ledger accounting, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting accuracy.
• Prepare and submit payroll processing and sales tax filings in compliance with local tax regulations.
• Oversee bookkeeping functions, including invoice processing, expense tracking, and financial data reconciliation.
• Develop and maintain financial systems, internal controls, and accounting procedures to ensure scalability.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and audit preparation to support business strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in accounting or corporate finance, preferably within retail, distribution, or trading industries.
• Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Solid understanding of local financial regulations, tax laws, and statutory reporting requirements.
• English proficiency for business operations.
