What you will do

• Develop bottom-up operating budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans in partnership with business units.
• Analyze key drivers of month-end close variances through detailed reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles.
• 2-4 years of experience in FP&A or a related analytical finance role.
• Must be based in Delta, OH for a hybrid work arrangement
