What you will do

• Identify, recruit, and develop high-impact content across translational and clinical research.
• Evaluate submitted manuscripts and manage the peer review process to ensure rigor and efficiency.
• Select and collaborate with expert reviewers while providing thoughtful guidance to authors.
• Commission and edit Reviews, Perspectives, and other front-matter content.
• Contribute to the journal's editorial strategy and its positioning within the Cell Press portfolio.
• Represent the journal at conferences and through institutional visits.

Requirements

• PhD, MD, or equivalent in a relevant scientific or clinical discipline.
• Broad interest and ability to evaluate diverse areas of translational and clinical research.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international team.
• Must be based in the USA.
