What you will do

• Lead a dedicated research portfolio on data quality, online methodologies, and AI impact through independent and collaborative projects
• Produce high-grade, publishable research meeting academic and industry standards
• Build and manage partnerships with academic institutions and industry collaborators
• Present work at conferences, events, and through hirify.global's channels
• Contribute to the wider sciences agenda including representativeness, synthetic data, and methodological innovation

Requirements

• PhD in quantitative field (psychology, research methodology, computational social science, statistics, economics, or similar)
• Strong grounding in online research methods (online sampling, data quality, non-probability sampling, synthetic data)
• Track record leading research projects with publications or conference presentations
• Quantitative skills in experimental design, statistical analysis, data interpretation; proficiency in R, Python, or Qualtrics
• Self-starter with intellectual curiosity about online research trends
• Based in the US East Coast or UK

Nice to have

• Postdoctoral or industry research experience
• Familiarity with online panel platforms
• Experience in academic-industry partnerships
• Comfort with media engagement
