Associate Clinical Analyst II

TL;DR

Associate Clinical Analyst II (Genomics): Supports interpretation of genetic findings from exome and genome sequencing with an accent on variant classification, phenotype-genotype correlations, and case resolution. Location: Remote (Shift: Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday 9am-5pm ET; occasional travel <10%)

Salary: $150,000 - $165,000 USD

What you will do

• Perform clinical data analysis and case management to interpret genetic findings.
• Establish phenotype-genotype correlations across genetic disorders.
• Review and finalize genetic test reports, interpret variants, and curate databases.
• Conduct literature reviews and database searches for variant interpretation.
• Communicate with clients to support case resolution.
• Document evidence for variant classification and assist with test information development.

Requirements

• PhD in Biology, Genetics or related field, MD/DO with >2 years relevant clinical diagnostics experience (including fellowship)
• ABMGG certification or board eligible in at least one specialty
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with internal systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Office 365
• Ability to meet productivity and error standards
