What you will do

• Serve as science lead on clinical trials, focusing on cognitive testing and liaising with sponsors on scientific questions.
• Review protocols, advise on software configuration, and participate in study methodology and new software design.
• Develop solutions for customer requests like stratification, data monitoring, and normative data applications.
• Analyze and interpret cognitive data, write reports, and monitor data completion and performance.
• Contribute to processes, technology, rater training, and configuration/testing of platforms like CeP and CORA.
• Drive R&D of cognitive tests, including scientific publications.

Requirements

• PhD in psychology, neuroscience, behavioural science, computer science, statistics or related (strongly preferred) or MA/MS
• 5+ years experience in industry or academic setting
• Experience with data analysis, statistics, and scientific writing
• Analytic and statistical expertise, proficiency with SAS, SPSS, R or similar
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced team environment

Nice to have

• Experience with cognition/neuropsychological testing
• Evidence of scientific publications track record
