What you will do

• Lead Zero Trust maturity assessments using CISA ZTMM 2.0, from discovery and gap analysis to roadmap development.
• Architect multi-disciplinary security engagements connecting conceptual frameworks to real technology decisions (ZTNA, SASE, identity consolidation).
• Directly manage, mentor, and set quality standards for a team of Associate and Senior Associate Technical Consultants.
• Support presales by scoping engagements, developing proposals, and participating in closing deals with CISOs and CIOs.
• Develop and mature the Zero Trust service portfolio and provide technical standards for AI Security Governance.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of cybersecurity experience, with 5+ years in consulting or professional services.
• Demonstrated depth in at least two CISA Zero Trust pillars and working knowledge across all five.
• Hands-on experience leading multi-domain security strategy engagements in client environments.
• 3 or more professional certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, or CISA.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong executive communication skills for interacting with board-level stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Public cloud security architecture experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with IAM platforms (Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, CyberArk, SailPoint).
• Knowledge of AI security risks and governance frameworks (NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001).
• Experience with SSDLC and Application Security Testing (SAST, DAST, SCA, IAST).
• Scripting skills in PowerShell or Python.
